These are the Ranking System and the Order.

But why would you ever wanna go up in Ranking inside the guild?

You gain more access to the guild bank when you earn higher Rank.
You ofcourse also gain more access to another stuff, like set notes, event, etc

The guild money from Guildbank often goes to new Guild Tabs.

But it also goes to Elixirs, Enchants, Blue Gear, Etc.
